Vendor is liable for shortcomings in above mentioned responsibilities.

•We allow vendors to list stationery and gift products on our platform, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of the product listings or descriptions. The vendors are fully responsible for ensuring that their product information is accurate and up to date.

•We reserve the right to remove any product listings or suspend accounts if they violate our Terms or applicable laws.

•All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

•After a successful transaction, the vendor will receive payment after deducting applicable fees (e.g., platform fees, payment processing fees).

•GST: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their pricing includes the appropriate Goods and Services Tax (GST) if applicable.

7. Order Processing

•Once an order is placed, we will notify the relevant vendor of the order. Vendors are required to fulfill the order and ship it within the specified time frame.

•You agree to ship the products ordered promptly and in accordance with the shipping policies mentioned.

•Customers may contact you for returns or product issues, but you must adhere to our return and refund policies as outlined below.

8. Returns and Refunds

•We follow a customer-friendly return policy. Customers have the right to return products if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.

•Vendors are responsible for handling returns and providing refunds according to our return policy.

•If an order is canceled due to vendor error (e.g., out-of-stock items, wrong item sent), the vendor may be required to cover the cost of return shipping.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the platform agree not to engage in:

•Illegal activities: Posting or selling illegal items, fraudulent activities, or violating any laws.

We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising
directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on
Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us
with our acquiring bank from time to time
