At Voweli, we connect customers with vendors offering stationery and gift items. Each vendor is responsible for managing their own shipping. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
1. Shipping Responsibility
• Currently, vendors handle their own shipping, including processing, carrier selection, and delivery timelines.
• Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and available shipping methods are determined by each vendor and displayed at checkout.
2. No International Shipping (For Now)
• At this time, we do not support international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within India.
• Vendors are not permitted to offer international shipping. Orders placed from outside India may be canceled.
• We plan to introduce international shipping in the future once we have a dedicated logistics system in place.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
• Vendors may offer different shipping options, including standard and express delivery, depending on their shipping partners.
• Estimated delivery times are mentioned on the product page and vary based on vendor location, shipping method, and destination.
• Drop-shipped items may take longer and could arrive in separate packages if multiple items are ordered from different vendors.
4. Shipping Costs
• Shipping fees are set by the vendor and will be shown at checkout.
• Some vendors may offer free shipping promotions on certain products.
5. Order Tracking
• Vendors may provide tracking information once an order is shipped.
• Customers can track their order through their account dashboard or via the tracking link provided by the vendor.
• If tracking details are unavailable, customers can reach out to our support team for assistance.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
• If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, customers should first check the tracking details.
• For lost shipments or shipping issues, customers must contact [Your Marketplace Email], and we will coordinate with the vendor for resolution.
• Vendor contact details will not be shared. All communication must go through our platform.
7. Future Logistics Management
• We plan to introduce our own logistics service in the future to improve delivery efficiency.
• Orders shipped through our logistics will include branded packaging, while vendors using their own shipping will not have access to this feature.
8. Returns & Refunds
• Each vendor sets their own return and refund policies, which are listed on the product page.
• Customers must raise return requests through our platform, and we will coordinate with the vendor to resolve the issue.
